Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Engagement Scope
Kapate Consultancy provides high-impact advisory, engineering, and digital transformation consulting. Engagements are governed by formal Statements of Work (SOW) delineating milestones, deliverables, and service tiers.
2. Intellectual Property
Custom software code, algorithms, and models developed specifically under a client SOW transfer to the client upon full payment of agreed fees. Kapate proprietary foundational libraries and internal accelerators remain the intellectual property of Kapate Consultancy.
3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
We maintain reciprocal strict confidentiality regarding client business processes, data, and proprietary architecture. Standard Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) precede technical discovery sprints.
4. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with legal jurisdiction residing in Pune, Maharashtra.
